I am currently the Head of Accommodation running a busy family focused hotel with a number of different room types within the leisure industry. I led the team that opened the accommodation in 2016 and it has continued to evolve ever since. I have a proven track record of leading, building and inspiring a team of all levels, from direct reports to front liners. One of the main aspects of my role is to manage the strategic development of the team, whilst maintaining its focus on the day to day operation. We focus on guest experience, commercial viability and process, all within budget and KPIs. Previous to this I was a highly motivated and results orientated Event Manager within the Hospitality Industry, I have a proven track record of delivering amazing events to a huge range of clients with varying budgets. Since having graduated with a 2:1 in Hospitality Business Management from Sheffield Hallam University I have had an 18 month Graduate Management Position with a major hotel chain which has led to my current position as Senior Hotel Operations Manager with an internationally recognised Leisure Entertainments company.
