Former Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Regions of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of Ukraine.Ukraine representative of the Ukrainian delegation to the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe for 2021-2026 in accordance with the President of Ukraine Decree.Member of the Coordinating Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War.Former Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the “All-Ukrainian Association Financial companies”, member of the Public Council under the National Commission for State Regulation of Financial Services Markets.Co-founder of the charitable foundation "Light Affairs" (https://svitlispravy.org).As a Head of the State Energy Efficiency Agency of Ukraine I aim at the cross sectoral and systematic implementation of the state policy on energy efficiency, alternative fuels and decarbonization in all sectors of economy.I am convinced that energy efficiency and decarbonization are integral components of national economy, energy security and sustainable development of Ukraine.Together with the Ministry for Restoration of Ukraine and State Energy Efficiency Agency of Ukraine teams and ministries, I am working on creating a whole set of programs and financial instruments, thanks to which Ukraine will be able to achieve real energy and cost savings, as well as fulfill more than 80% of the tasks foreseen by the National Energy Efficiency Action Plan within the European integration.
