• Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed· • Carry out operational activities associated with pre and post Permanent resistance files of the allotted clients.• Follow Immigration, Refugees & Citizenship Canada policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under access to information and privacy legislation laws.• Coordinate and plan client’s payments, NADRA Pakistan documents, and Higher Education Commission verifications with the support of third-party representatives. • Assist in preparation of key account PR files and maintain their data for records.• Assemble data and prepare periodic reports and correspondence for the year-end analysis. • Resolving client’s case-specific inquiries and maintain client relationships by handling concerns with speed and professionalism.
