Hi everyone! Let introduce myself:- I graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Belarusian State University in 2023.- My eagerness to put my knowledge into practice led me to my first job. After 3 weeks of studying at the 3rd year of the Faculty of Law, after an internship and an interview, I got a job as a " legal assistant".- The work at Fact Law Company Ltd has been varied and practice-orientated. I received practical knowledge and applied it at university as examples, and applied theoretical knowledge in practice. During two years of work I have acquired skills in Civil litigation, Contract Law, Claims Work, Mediation, working with small and medium-sized businesses, drafting decisions of meetings of shareholders of the company and much more.- We also worked closely with advocates. Thanks to this experience, I have been to many court proceedings and gained invaluable skills in competent and structured drafting of procedural documents for economic and arbitration courts.- Also during my studies I was actively involved in research activities and participation in moot-courts (RAA: VI Arbitration Competition Online and IX International Commercial Arbitration Competition. Rosenberg, International Business-Mediation Moot (IBMM) 2023 in Moscow).- I received a certificate of completion of a basic mediation course (Centre for Mediation and Negotiation in Minsk) in 2023.- All this path led me to achieve my student goal - to work in one of the best law firms in Belarus. I am currently an associate at Borovtsov & Salei law firm. Basic practices - Corporate Law, Investments / M&A, specializing also in IT/IP matters, Data Protection, Administrative Procedures, Hospitality and Tourism.
