Responsibilities: - Maintaining constant communication with the Clients on different aspects of recruitment process;- Organizing and leading overall recruitment process;- Conducting candidates searches via Internet, database and network of contacts, direct search;- Interviewing candidates, conducting preliminary selection;- Gathering references from previous employers;- Organizing interviews, receiving and communicating feedback to/from Clients and candidates;- Providing advisory/counseling support to the candidates at all stages of the selection process;- Conducting salary surveys for the Clients upon request;- Providing constant monitoring of Ukrainian labor market.

Responsibilities:- Lead the development of optimized business process flows, validating / simulating the process and defining high-level solution options;- Provide business development and sales support including creation of statements of work, client and business development outreach, forecasting and scorecards;- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information;- Formulating ideas and strategies which can be translated into technical solutions for clients;- Participation in industry trade events and other marketing initiatives;- Coordinated with the team to meet deadlines, budgets, and client requirements. Help to identify and support new business opportunities;- Help to formulate and implement marketing plans for targeting clients. Effectively monitored the day-to-day management of accounts;- Informed and advised clients of new products;- Stay updated on trends in the industry, forecasting initiatives, solutions and needs of the clients.
