As a Recruiter and HR Business Specialist in Employer Branding I workin a national role supporting all business areas in close collaboration with our HR and marketing teams. My primary assignment is to ensure that BDO has a strategic and operational plan to strengthen our brand as an employer. I am responsible for conceiving and implementing our employer branding strategy, recruitment, event organisation and budget management.

My main responsibilities was to identify long-term potential and competencies needed in the organization and identify innovative strategies to attract talented and diverse candidates. I was involved in employer branding activities and HR strategies to ensure consistency and increase the efficiency in our recruitment and selection process. The position included support to managers in HR-related questions such as foreign hires, interview technique, LinkedIn search and preparation of job offers. I also supported with ability tests, OPQ and verify, as well as competence based interviews.

I supported the group managers with onboarding, introduction and offboarding of external consultants.

As Consultant Manager I had responsibility for 80 consultants working within Logistics and supply chain.

In my role as an Administrator I was responsible to administrate incoming IT consultant requests from consultant companies. I was planning and scheduling meetings and appointments for the consultant managers, receiving guests in the reception and helped with travel bookings. I also did a KPI-survey to evaluate Fujitsu’s customer satisfaction.
