With over seven years of experience in biotechnology, clinical analysis and analytical laboratories, I was a passionate and dedicated Production Specialist at Sotio, a company that focuses on developing innovative immunotherapies for cancer treatment. My core competencies include laboratory skills, people management, and production planning. I am committed to delivering high-quality products and services that meet the rigorous standards of good manufacturing practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOP). I also value teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the organization.In my last role, I was responsible for creating and modifying production protocols, training new employees, and monitoring the capacities of the laboratories. I also communicated with the Supply chain department and coordinated production activities as efficiently as possible. Previously, I was a Production Supervisor at Sotio, where I led a team of 10 Manufacturing Associates and conducted quality control checks on manufacturing protocols. I also completed my Master's degree in Clinical and Toxicological Analysis at Charles University in Prague, where I wrote a thesis on the preparation and characterization of soluble forms of two lectin receptors of rat NK cells.
