Solution definition & management of continues improvement projects in area of: Automation and tool deployment, process transformation, team reorganization.- Preparation of transformation road map, project plan and CBA, coordination of project’s end to end realization, change and risk management- Business analysis: in-depth investigation and understanding of business problems, outline requirements and define solution proposal.

People and process management in area of OTC with focus on transformation and building process excellence.- Transition of processes from client to IBM center, set-up of TO BE process with focus on efficient documentation and team organization.- Leadership over daily operations and challenges, deliver within KPI targets.

- Consultancy in process set up/transformation (FTE calculation, building process maps, setting SLA, KPI, RACM, creation and controlling of DTPs) in pre-transition, transition and post-transition phases;- Transition manager temporary role: leading of transition for OTC, PTP and RTR processes from client's to IBM center (Nordic region).

- Leading of OTC team of max. 30 people, responsibility for process performance and people management issues;- Leading of OTC processes retransition to IBM's offshore center.

- Processing of: Cash application and Collection, CMD and VMD, Invoice processing, Invoice indexing, Customer and Vendor payment;- Taking part in OTC process transfer from client's to IBM center.
