- Coordination of the design and technology department- Preparation of a detailed action plan, timetable, task tables and management of the project team's work- Carrying out the activities specified in the project documentation, specifications and annexes- Project management - Time management of the team- Analysis and implementation of requests for proposals- Monitoring the implementation of activities and risk analysis of requests for quotation- Troubleshooting of material, technological and production problems for the railway and automotive sectors- Coordination of the preparation of production documentation- Coordination of the R&D department- Implementation of new technologies and materials - Design, technological and material support to customers. Analysis of technological and execution problems during on-site visits to Customers - Close cooperation with the Laboratory Department - Ensuring that the planned results of the design and technology department are achieved - Proficiency in ERP, Comarch systems in terms of preparing offers, processing orders and implementing production technology- Working with 2D and 3D CAD software

- Creation and analysis of requests for quotation- Analysis of the order in terms of technology- Creation of project documentation- Creation of technical and production documentation for production processes- CNC programming- Technical acceptance of prototype products (MFI)- Knowledge of ERP software: Comarch XL, Optima- Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software

Katedra Organizacji i Technologii BudownictwaZakres obowiązków:- prowadzenie ćwiczeń audytoryjnych/zajęć projektowych/ ćwiczeń laboratoryjnych zgodnie z Normami Europejskimi z zakresu: * fizyki budowli,* budownictwa energooszczędnego,* budownictwa ogólnego,* budownictwa miejskiego,* chemii budowlanej,* recyklingu i utylizacji materiałów budowlanych,* zarządzania przedsiębiorstwami budowlanymi,- publikacja artykułów naukowych w punktowanych przez MNiSW wydawnictwach w Polsce i za granicą,- uczestnictwo w konferencjach naukowych w Polsce i za granicą,- prowadzenie badań laboratoryjnych i analiza wyników z zakresu: wytrzymałości materiałów budowlanych i fizyki budowli.

Zakres obowiązków:- realizacja modeli 3D konstrukcji inżynierskich,- sporządzanie dokumentacji rysunkowej,- tworzenie zestawień materiałowych- przygotowywanie opisów technicznych,- realizacja wstępnych obliczeń statyczno - wytrzymałościowych.
