Responsible for assigned departments with all HR processes (450 empl.), support to all managers with HR procedures, workforce planning, succession planning, work discipline management, responsible for labor cost budgeting, analysis & controlling (900 empl.), compensation & benefit management, responsibility for Collective Treaty negotiating within the budget, responsible for HRIS and payroll system, responsible for Labor Code updates implementations, participation on HR projects including international projects (Europe, USA), HR policies, Labor relations, Performance Management, deputy for HR manager.

Responsible for assigned departments with all HR processes (200 empl.).

Social Relations & Communication Specialist. Medical checks for more than 1400 empl., managing of Social fund in cooperation with Union, managing of rewards based on collective treaty (work anniversary, life anniversary, blood donation etc), managing company events (christmas party, pensioners reunions etc), responsibility for idea management, head of catering comission, personal protective work equipment – ordering, distribution, coordination of supplier for overalls.

With the EMEA HR team adjusting and updating a new global Personnel Information System SHARE; reporting to Corporate.

Complete HR administration (contracts, amendments etc), admin of HR databases (local and global), recruitment, agency employees management, onboarding activities, terminations, communication with health & social institutions, processing of reports at local level (absence, headcount, attendace), global personal controlling – headcount reports to Corporate (including data from AMER, APAC), implementation and maintenance of all global and local procedures in the field of HR, projects in the field of HR, Health & Safety activities, processing attendance, company events management.
