Budget SEK 9M.Managed and developed the company’s compliance to ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 quality and environmental standards. Set up and strongly emphasized the work on the systematic supplier quality improvement based on the 8D concept in cooperation with major suppliers such as Electrolux. Exercised staff oversight to ensure that new IT operations plans, policies, procedures, and transition/migration plans are consistent with the overall company goals. The department assured critical business processes as well as desktop support and relations with the external supplier of the IT infrastructure.

Member of the company’s Top Management Team. Head of Warehouse (4 locations worldwide) and Assembly and Quality Improvement departments including a team of 65 people and a budget of SEK 49M.Responsible for a SEK 7M project to reingeneer the internal supply chain. This included the set up of new assembly infrastructure according to LEAN principles. Initiated and developed systematization according to 5S. Production efficiency rose with 30% within one year. Introduced systematic and sound HR processes such as yearly evaluations, disciplinary sanctions and professional hiring of personnel.

Conducted a broad range of managerial tasks in a strongly expanding and entrepreneurial environment. Systemized and structured the company’s ISO documentation at the customer NorthStar SiteTel thus ensuring a successful external ISO audit. Conducted internal quality and environmental audits. The audit results helped the Management Team to prioritize it’s improvement initiatives.Was hired by the customer at the end of the assignment.

Supervised the Customer Care team of 15 people in support of the Logistics Division. Initiated, maintained and improved the continuous improvement of the processes within the Logistics Division. Improved the efficiency of the call center with 20% by introducing guidelines and coaching of the team.

Internal consultant in business process management in the newly created Nordic business units. Main focus was to collaborate with Management Teams throughout the Nordic Region supporting them to create and improve common quality systems according to ISO 9001 and 14001. The position demanded strong emphasis on balanced score cards.

Headed the newly created Networks Business unit, including 4 specialists in the field of Web, External Communication and IT Infrastructure. The successful integration of the different disciplines included the set up and improvement of metrics through Balanced Score Cards. As ISO Management Representative, effectively communicated with regulatory bodies and customers, and led executive management reviews to develop and implement strategy for continuously improving systems. Conducted internal assessments of the business throughout the whole Swedish company according to ISO 9001, 14001 and EFQM.

Guided the Management Team to create from scratch and develop the Quality and Environmental Improvement system according to ISO 9000 and 14000. The extensive project took only one year from start until certification. Supervised two quality assurance officers.
