My experience includes working in a variety of roles with top-tier companies, including Andersen Consulting, E&Y and Deloitte.My career began as a programmer. I gravitated toward data and spent years building and managing data systems. Capitalizing on my key capabilities, I moved into Business Process Transformation, Mergers and Acquisitions, Organizational Design and Organizational Change Management. My strengths include strategic planning, continuous quality improvement, project and team management, communication, feasibility studies, market development, training, group facilitation and technology implementation. My experience includes working in a variety of industries including health care, life sciences, financial services, professional services and entertainment. As an Adjunct Professor at Washington University, I taught a graduate-level experiential course applying Total Quality Management principles within early childhood, elementary and secondary education.I am a member of the Missouri 100 dedicated to serving the President of the University of Missouri. I serve as the Co-Chair of the Strategic Development Board for the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Missouri – Columbia. Previously I served on the Alumni Board of Governors for Washington University. I volunteered in a variety of boards and associations in the St. Louis area including the Association for Corporate Growth, Kirkwood School District Foundation and Provident Counseling. I passionately believe in empowering and mentoring women of all ages.I began studying Martial Arts, specifically TaeKwonDo, with my children in late 2013. I earned my Black Belt in early 2019. I teach TaeKwonDo two to three nights each week. The principals of Martial Arts challenge me to grow and learn every day.
