User Experience Researcher
CurrentSaas User Experience Researcher within the Nourish Care product team.As a current market leader, Nourish Care provides a digital solution to the health and social care sector which enhances the process of recording, analysing, and sharing of information.My focus is to:- Advocate for our end users through proactive research, documentation and the creation of a research repository to support our teams.- Define a research roadmap to align with Nourish’s growth, vision and goals, and leveraging research best practice alongside efficient and effective methods.- Proactively conduct user research throughout the product development lifecycle, including scheduling calls and visits, recruiting research participants, preparing interview or test material, preparing concept and usability test plans- Present stakeholder reports and host ‘Voice of the User’ forums in collaboration with other advocates across the organisation.- Build and own UX personas, user journey maps and empathy maps in collaboration with designers to help guide the direction of releases.- Identify important trends and patterns in user behaviour over time, particularly monitoring core features and new releases.- Support the design team through collaboration to understand research needs, relevant methods and guidance on areas of UX improvement.- Build and maintain the UX research repository and centralised research database facilitating a deep and long-term understanding of our users.- Deliver design research to contribute to the upkeep of our design standards and identify areas of UX improvement.
