• 10 years of experience in bioanalytical chemistry• Experience in coordinating projects (both scientific and industry-related) with short- and long-term goals• Broad knowledge of analytical instrumentation, separation approaches, sample preparation methods• Expertise in the analysis and structural characterization of both small molecules and biomacromolecules in various matrices • Knowledge of guidelines for biosimilars and generics approval• Application of GLP/GMP compliance• Ability to work in team and independently• Excellent organization and communication skills
