Direct report to the President.▪️Built the human resources capability from the ground up as HR was brought in-house for the first time in the university’s history.▪️Created Total Rewards programs to align more closely to market data.▪️Chaired overall responsibility for all crisis and threat management efforts (COVID-19) and employee communications related to safety and security of employees.▪️Performed HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, talent management and development, HR general, employee relations, technology and operations, culture and engagement, and internal employee communication.

Assessed and anticipated HR-related business needs in order to offer solutions that aligned with business objectives of the organization.▪️Facilitated information flow and clarity to the HR centers of excellent (COEs) and to business (client) groups in order to proactively provide HR support to employees and business leaders.
