Kappa Delta is a national women’s nonprofit organization offering lifetime support for leadership development, personal growth and community service to its 250,000 members. Founded in 1897, the organization now has 166 active collegiate chapters and more than 200 alumnae chapters nationwide. Leadership development consultants consistently travel to universities throughout the nation conducting weekly consultation visits to improve organization operations.
