Now the acting program manager for the entire Planning & Support Program. Planning & Support handles rule and regulatory development, emission inventory, permit modeling, air quality modeling and more. I am also the lead contact for the Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) which is a $3 Million grant for greenhouse gases and promoting change that will positively affect our environment state wide.

Assist with Public Hearings for rule changes. Evaluate new regulations as a team and determine if new rule making is necessary and draft pertinent documents, conduct public hearings, create a schedule, and provide technical information for the briefing the Board of Natural Resources. Assist as technical expert for power plant rules and regulations.

Worked in Air programs - overseeing compliance for a number of generating plants. Reviewing and submitting Quarterly reports, stack testing, test plans and other compliance documents. Coordinated submitting air quality permit applications to Georgia EPD. Overall working on day to day compliance needs for multiple generating plants across Georgia.

I currently write air quality permits for power plants, textile facilities, metal parts, airports, universities and feed mills. Also run the new employee training program for the Air Protection Branch.
