Maestros Creadores is a think tank dedicated to education. It is composed by teachers of several disciplines and aims at re-thinking the traditional approach of education. We believe in a constructive education for both children and adults; a personalized education based on self-motivation, respect, positive reinforcement and team work.I am teaching french to students of all ages and levels, in person as well as through skype. I developed my own studying program, with specific content and adapted to each student.I left London's life to dedicate myself to what always interested me. Since 2014, aside from travelling in South Am, I have been experiencing a nature orientated lifestyle, and assisted several practical courses such as natural horse taming, nutrition, permaculture, raw food preparation, aromatherapy, energy healing, home birth, natural baby care... among others.

Specializing on the Build side of things in the south-east of the UK and on permanent senior appointments, I was dedicated in head-hunting talented candidates to place them into positions where they can excel.I worked closely with Kier Construction (mainly London and Major Projects), across disciplines (Pre-construction, Commercial, Operations), on retained searches as well as contingency. I placed several successful candidates.Working at Aylin White in a very fast-paced, highly competitive and target-driven environment, has been an interesting challenge and a very rewarding position.

I started in the Kings road store as a Sales Assistant and after 1 month I have been given my own "cat A" store (highest turnover stores) to manage, in Westbourne Grove. A new opportunity arose five months later, with the opening of the brand's flagship store in Knightsbridge, where I spent my last 6 months with the company.I was reporting daily to the UK Director, and my responsibilities included:• daily management of a team of up to 9 Sales Assistants. Daily sales, business operations, customer care, and supervising items deliveries.• HR: candidates pre-selection, team training, ongoing development, performance tracking• creating UK-wide store procedures • actively taking part in London Stores set-ups and openings• linking with the head office via weekly reportsA multitask environment where I confirmed my people management and processes improvement skills.

This was a seasonal position part of a year "backpacking" experience in Latin America. Tranquilo Backpackers is one of the unmissable hostels on the Central America trail. It has a 74 beds capacity and is located on the Pacific side of Costa Rica. I was responsible for the smooth running of the business, involving:• managing a team of 2 receptionists, including training and work schedules, and the team coordination with other employees• supervising guest check-ins and check-outs• organising events for guests• creating partnerships with the local community• cash flowIn this role, I realised I have a natural ability for people management. I have been able to use my good initiatives and problem solving skills and I also deepened my foreign languages.

Although I was a Trainee, I have been given the opportunity to lead a variety of publication projects, managing them from conception stage to distribution. As part of the Communication team, I also worked on developing messages in line with the company strategy, for both internal and external publics. I learned to be organised and I acquired strong time management skills. I also deepened my knowledge about sustainable development.
