My role as an ICT Contractor with RM Education covered seven months. In this time I provided Helpdesk and 1st line support to over 1000 students and teachers in each of two BSF Secondary Schools in the Leeds City area. Technologies supported were MS Windows XP and Vista, Active Directory/CC4 and Outlook as well as RM bespoke educational software. In addition, all students had access to a laptop or PC connected to the WiFi and Cat6 cabling infrastructure. As the first point of contact for end users I logged requests, faults, and provided 1st Line Support, working to SLA's made between RM and the School. Other duties included software/hardware rollouts and rebuilding PC's and Laptops with the software configurations required during half term breaks.

My role was to care for elderly / vulnerable people in their own homes.

Providing a basic care package, within a private rest home environment.

I was a specialist in the photographic equipment and associated consumables department with responsibility for all aspects of customer service from technical advice to sales (including cash handling) and after- sales support/advice.

I provided these services aboard Mr de Savary's yacht in the South of France and Florida.Recent Qualifications Training provided
