Job responsibilities:- Owning business outcomes for particular product areas- Defining expected outcomes for delivered solutions and related KPIs- Problem solving and removing roadblocks for self & team- Serving as product expert within the company for particular product areas- Working with customers via conference calls and in person visits to better understand their workflows, their usage of the product and the problems they face- Gathering user requirements and feedback from customers, partners, key stakeholders and user analytics- Translating requirements into detailed functional user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering group- Prioritising and maintain backlogs to ensure the delivery of product value- Contributing to the overall product strategy and vision- Working closely with UX, Development, QA, Marketing, Sales and technical documentation team to define solutions and ensure successful product launch- Communicating regularly on project delivery status- Maintaining, evaluating and updating functionality as the product is delivered and feedback is gathered- Triaging and helping to urgently resolve any key customer issues

Job responsibilities include:- Working with development team on the customer reported bugs- Providing expertise in particular areas of the product - Having customer calls to resolve complicated cases- Performing issue prioritisation and follow up- Detailed troubleshooting of customer reported bugs/issues received from Tier 1 support- Replicating customer reported bugs/issues, submitting those to the development team- Training and mentoring Tier 1 support engineers

Answering customer calls on technical issues about AtTask software, troubleshooting and providing solutions on the raised problems.
