Drafted and reviewed procurement agreements and agreements on banking instruments, including template agreements, application forms, powers of attorney etc.; provided legal advice on legislation matters, including banking, civil, corporate and labor law, relevant procedures; provided legal advice on financial documentation and agreements between the bank and the international financial organisations; drafted documentation (applications, petitions, letters, notices) related to the mandatory registration and compliance procedures defined for the banks, as well as the agreements between the bank and its partners; provided advice on legal compliance of internal legal acts; advised the management and HR on Labor Law related issues; performed other related tasks upon assignment of the Head of Legal Service.

Checked and prepared necessary agreements and other documentation connected with loan-making process, drafting consents, letters, opinions etc., carried out client due diligence; represented Bank’s interests at the courts of all instances of the RA, in particular, within debt collection litigation; drafted claims, appeals, letters, other necessary and relevant legal documentation; represented the Bank’s interests throughout the insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, out-of-court foreclosure proceedings; drafted and reviewed other agreements necessary for supporting day-to-day activities of the Bank, such as marketing, IT, labor and other service contracts; provided advice to the Bank’s staff on legal issues; participated in negotiations with clients in arrears; drafted other documentation upon assignment of the Head of Legal Department.
