Managed $20M of direct and local agency revenue for eight local iHeartMedia’s radio stations, including KIIS and KOST FM. My focus as a Project Manager was to collaborate with Account Executives to nurture and grow iHeartMedia’s sales efforts with key clients and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell. Fostering strong relationships and partnerships with the highest decision-makers and driving revenue for iHeartMedia. My responsibility was executing marketing campaigns through the project lifecycle; campaigns elements including on-air messages, digital audio, video pre-rolls, on-site events, etc. My contribution was to strengthen decision-making by conducting research, analyze and interpret campaign information using tools such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords. Executed ready-for-meeting proposals to ensure objective and complete information is provided for decision-making.

iHeartMedia is a leading global media and entertainment company specializing in radio, digital, mobile, social and live entertainment events. As a Key Account Coordinator, I managed marketing campaigns for account executives who sell for a cluster of radio stations. I developed and executed on-air advertising and digital marketing campaigns for a variety of local and national clients; acted as a liaison between departments ranging from production, promotions, traffic, continuity, programming, digital, and sales. Assisted AP/AR managers in reconciling invoices, investigating discrepancies and working with clients on payment.

Offensive+Delightful (OplusD) is a boutique graphic design studio with a focus on stationery products. OplusD’s greeting cards and other seasonal products are sold in over 1000 stores in the US and distributed in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. I started at OplusD as a warehouse intern in charge of inventory, order fulfillment and customer service and grew all the way to Account Manager; fostering relationships with current clients, cold calling and developing new business in Los Angeles County and New York City.
