I have been in the Games Industry for approaching 10 years, with the last 4 being in people management and senior leadership positions. My most recent role meant overseeing the operations, making key decisions on how policies and strategies would not only impact on the company but its people as well. Having worked on numerous AAA Games in both a project and team management role, I have seen games through all stages of production - having contributed to the successful release of 6 titles including a the BAFTA Award winning LEGO Dimensions. I have a solid knowledge of building games and teams from the ground up to deliver engaging experiences - whilst keeping individuals engaged and feeling a part of the company and its vision.
