Collaborating closely with the Lead and my peer, I oversaw key activities, evolving strategy, managing relationships, and spearheading the creation of crucial content and experiences.My multifaceted responsibilities included leading the development of the 'From Linear to Circular' learning program, overseeing 6 to 8-week online courses for general audiences and exclusive online and in-person programs for circular economy experts. Together with the From Linear to Circular team, I designed sessions, hosted webinars and facilitated workshops.These programs had both global and regional focuses, with in-person cohorts meeting in London, Kigali, and Cape Town. Emphasising peer-to-peer learning, mentorship sessions, team-based challenges set by companies, and networking, the program resulted in over 20,000 registrations and a thriving community of alumni. I collaborated extensively with corporate companies, NGOs, higher education institutions, and industry experts to bring this program to life. This accomplishment was very much a joint effort within EMF and with collaborating organisations.I furthermore led the Higher Education and Schools and College programmes. I provided strategic guidance and people management, supporting the team in these areas. Collaborating with universities, I aimed for research and teaching to be key enablers in the transition to the circular economy, connecting stakeholders and knowledge across EMF’s wider network. Additionally, I served as a member of the Strategic Advisory Group for the UKRI National Interdisciplinary Circular Economy Research (NICER) program. -

Our efforts surpassed expectations, with over 15,000 questions from citizens.As Editor and Communications Officer, my responsibilities encompassed:* Working on the communication strategy for the launch of this prestigious initiative, through facilitating media coverage through newspaper articles, television shows (De Wereld Draait Door)and social media platforms. And through collaborating with organisations such as New Scientists, Lowlands, and Kennislink.* Lowlands Science: facilitating the production of engaging short films about science shot at Lowlands Festival. * As part of a collaboration between the Society of Arts and the NWA, I worked the production of a documentary focusing on the interactions between questioners and scientists. The goal was to showcase the essence of the NWA: bringing together science and society. I provided advisory input on topics, facilitated connections, and organised the premiere* Supported the event coordination for EUREKA!, a dynamic day-long festival that drew over 3000 attendees.
