I’m an internal communications professional who’s all about making work feel meaningful and connecting people to a shared purpose. Over my career, I’ve had the chance to do just that—across corporate social responsibility, the health sector, and championing gender equity.At NZTE, I’ve led projects close to my heart, like initiating the introduction of pay transparency, as well as supporting our people through big events like Covid-19 and Cyclone Gabrielle. I love finding fresh ways to make things better, from gathering candid feedback from my colleagues to organising best-practice get-togethers with other comms professionals.I’ve also completed secondments in Diversity and Inclusion and project management, both of which have helped make my communications even more impactful. Outside of work, I’m a writer and qualified design thinking facilitator, always looking to learn, grow, and help others do the same.
