Managing a small team of writers on a range of titles for an award-winning agency specialising in branding and internal communications. Words produced in-house magazines and newsletters for a range of corporate clients as part of their internal communications profile. Reporting both to my director and our clients, my role included editing, liaising with printers, photographers and designers, proofreading, commissioning photography, pitching to potential clients, writing and editing tender documents, account handling, project management and control of budgets. During my employment at Words we won several awards including Best Agency in 2007 (Communicators in Business) and a European Federation of European business communicators associations (FEIEA) Business award.More recently I co-presented a series of coaching seminars on business writing skills at the City Business Library in London.
