As Project Manager I led the team through the project lifecycle on a day-to-day basis. My aim was to successfully deliver a project, on time and to budget. My clients included Visa, Ferrero, Booking.com, KPMG, PwC and Sainsbury’s.Key Tasks and Responsibilities included:• Managing delivery of e-learning projects from initiation phase to completion• Responsible for project set up: assembling a team, writing the Statement of Work, creating the project plan, risk register and project folders• Creating, monitoring and delivering to project schedules• Planning and booking resources• Managing, forecasting and reporting on the project budget to ensure set margins are met throughout delivery• Tracking and communicating project status to both internal team and clients• Analysing and managing risk whilst ensuring mitigation plans are in place • In addition to the e-learning course, I’ll manage the production of videos, animations and audio recordings• Problem solving and decision making at critical stages throughout each project• Creating positive relationships internally with the project team, and externally with clients and stakeholders• Devising stakeholder management and communication plans with each client• Creating agendas and following up with notes, decisions and actions• Managing invoices and change requests• Contributing to, and reviewing learning design, outcomes, objectives and creative content throughout the project with the project team• Participating in bid creations, proposals and pitches• Conducting post project reviews, analysing and evaluating the success of a project• Ensure programmes are implemented according to LEO quality standards, programme deadlines and measurable programme objectives
