I am proficient in using Microsoft Excel (as well as its Google counterparts) including both VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables and have experience within essentially the entire realm of admin: scheduling meetings, booking accommodation, book-keeping, creating spreadsheets, calendar-management, minute-taking processing payments, call-handling, dealing with sensitive issues, treating customers right, producing reports, keeping to deadlines, making things happen and getting involved. I am comfortable managing my own workload, love to find ways to look at tasks creatively/from different perspectives and have the will to grow my own job role. I’m the colleague who is happy to fix your spreadsheet when it goes wrong, proof-read your documents, take that mail merge off your hands or organise the inbox. I play the violin and piano, can speak basic (beginner-intermediate) Japanese and make a mean cup of coffee.
