Within this community, we have five teams: welfare, media, publications, prayer, and administration, each led by individual team leaders. As the community leader, I oversee these teams and collaborate closely with their leaders to organize our activities effectively. In addition to fostering a sense of sisterhood, I prioritize qualities such as empathy, and servant leadership to guide and support our members on their spiritual journey.
