I’m Co Founder of the People Project, a Consultant, Coach and TrainerAn English graduate, and fluent in Spanish, my passion is to work around the world with organisations which embrace learning and change, and which believe in and support the incredible potential of their people.Having gained an MBA, and been Head of Learning and Development at Medecins Sans Frontieres in Barcelona, I trained in Coaching and Group Analytic Psychotherapy before setting up The People Project with Helen Selka.We facilitate spaces where groups can direct their own learning and explore and exploit the knowledge and experience within the group. Groups are a powerful force for good, and amazing things can happen when they are given time and the right environment. My belief is that people are rarely happier than when they are a valued member of a group working with a common purpose.I am constantly learning from the work I do. I am active in both the humanitarian sector and the corporate sector and I love the fact that one week I can be helping financial advisers learn how to build strong client relationships, and the next week facilitating Iraqi Kurds to think about Humanitarian Principles.
