Coordinate more than 70 volunteers who assist with the Weekly Homework Clubs and Summer Visits Programme, ensuring DBS and identity checks are completed, seeking references and keeping the volunteer database up to date. Assisting with logistics and administration of summer visits programme.

Set up the new Senior School Parents' Association, established a terms of reference in consultation with the Headmistress and Senior Leadership Team. Set up communications using online platforms such as Our Pinboard and Class List. Set up a Committee of Year Representatives, Treasurer and Secretary. Managed fundraising events such as an Art Exhibition and Quiz Night for partnership charities and the School's Development and Bursary programme. Researched benefit of charitable status for the association. Established links with local charities.

Set up and developed portrait photography business. Created a marketing strategy for client acquisition using social media and Mail Chimp Campaigns. Researched new photographic products and packages and established links with suppliers. Designed and launched new branding at trade events. Dealt with accounts and banking including Paypal.

Reviewing and managing complex high value reinsurance claims, researching legal precedents, negotiating settlements.
