Hey, I am Annabelle.HR Consultant at Boldside and founder of Kairos HR. I have over 10 years of HR experience and have worked across several industries including QSR, mining, financial services, accounting & the not for profit space. I spent 5 years working for one of Australia's largest charities. Kairos HR was founded out of my love for HR and wanting to help many more organisations and their people thrive by building great leaders and future focused HR practices.I am passionate about helping businesses transform their HR systems and processes to automate HR administrative tasks and create space for HR to work strategically with the business to achieve their strategy and mission whilst creating a culture where employees thrive.
