Placing students with quality host families by specified weekly and monthly deadlines, providing complete information for files, and reviewing and approving host family application for suitability, developing a given territory to meet a student placement quota by recruiting local coordinators and contacting interested host families nationwide, answering phone calls and responding to inquiries in a timely fashion, effectively explaining and promoting AYA policies and procedures to school administrators, host families and local coordinators, keeping managers and overseas partners promptly informed about major problems with placements, supervision and/or field staff.
