What does this mean? I run an agile process that is constantly prepared to pivot and iterate, my market research and user discovery is extensive and I strive to identify opportunities within your product that can expedite growth via consumer funnel analysis. - A common mistake I see is marketers (and product people) making is coming up with solutions before the clearly defining the problem. In my discovery phase, I dig in to define the problem, understand the market and competitors, and explore the psychological needs behind why a customer would use our product. - In order to solve the problems you’ve now clearly defined, you need to develop a deep understanding of your customer. I emphasize deep dives into customer data, user surveys, and user interviews to understand HOW and WHY a customer uses your products - you just might find it’s not what you think (especially if your marketing hasn’t been hitting your goals).
