Dr. Annabelle Hofer is a Junior Professor (W1) of Organizational Behavior at the University of Cologne. She is elected representative-at-large of the Academy of Management (AOM) Careers Division. She obtained her doctoral degree in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Bern (Switzerland). Passionate for knowledge, she advanced her knowledge parallel to her university education: This includes further training in the field of health promotion and a certificate in higher education. She teaches methodological subjects and topics such as personnel development and business psychology at different levels.The focus of her research is the field of professional career development.
