Part time role in content production, marketing management, inter-brand communication and industry liaison. Working up to 25 hours per week for the last four and a half years, role includes: - Managing four major social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. Including the day-to-day management, long term planning, paid and organic strategy, implementation of major campaigns and community building work. - Content creation across major platforms, including short form video content, long form video content, graphic design and copywriting. - Working with industry partners such as Meta, Google and Family Business Association to present work and advise other companies, creators and employees at these organisations on best practices. - Managing brand deals and partnerships with major businesses such as Microsoft, Activision-Blizzard, Bethesda, Cure Cancer, Starlight Children’s Foundation, Sydney Sea Life Aquarium, Facebook, YouTube, and more. - Organising and initiating marketing and communication campaigns for the business around specific times of year – seasonal marketing, like Christmas, Halloween and End of Financial Year. Additionally created campaigns around launching new products such as a Sour Sweets line and Australian Native Flavours. - Conducting community building in the brands associated private fan spaces, such as private Facebook groups and meta broadcast channels.- Proficient in Premiere Pro and Photoshop, as well as Microsoft suite. - Assisted with new product development in lines of confectionary, cocktails, and homewares. - Manufacturing skills in confectionary.
