Key Responsibilities (Operations): - Project timeline planning, producing exhibitor manual, project coordination, project budgeting, negotiation with contractors and vendors- Update floor plan, coordinating booth and hall decorations design process, operations meeting with hall owner and official contractors, preparation of pre move-in and exhibitors’.
