Working at Open Days and giving tours of the Wolfson School of Mechanical, Electrical and Manufacturing Engineering to prospective students.

Organising events such as the Siemens NX Workshop and Student Panel Q&A for students.

• Administered coronavirus vaccines to members of the public, which I found very rewarding.• Selected to go on the first 6 week Associate Vaccinator Training course in Scotland. The course was challenging, interesting and pushed me outside of my comfort zone.• Developed excellent communication skills and adaptability through dealing with many patients each day and having to think on my feet and respond quickly.

• Welcomed patients to the vaccine centre and ensured they followed the one way systems and abided by the government coronavirus rules.• Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the centre including the pre-vaccine waiting area, vaccine stations and post-vaccine waiting area.

• Shared my passion for swimming through leading swimming lessons for children of all ages and abilities. • Developed and delivered enjoyable lessons in line with the teaching guidance and the ability of the children. I often modified the lessons during delivery to cater for the enthusiasm and capability of the children, which required me to think on my feet and adapt quickly.

• Spent time poolside supervising the swim sessions and performing rescues and first aid.• Manned the reception desk which involved answering the telephone, speaking with the public, taking bookings / payments, and dealing with complaints / issues.
