Responsibilities:- Being a direct manager for a team of project managers: onboarding, running 1-2-1s, creating personal development plans that alight with the company’s goals, ensuring well-being of the team, consulting- Providing high-level supervision for the team projects- Running interviews with the applicants to the company- Running assessments for other PMs in the company- Dealing with difficulties on any company projects if required- Running pre-sales- Process management and improvement on the department levelAccomplishments:- Created the PM’s grade system- Designed the interview plan for the applicants and the feedback system- Participated in the creation of the standard services list by interviewing representatives from each department- Reviewed and updated the entire PMs’ documentation

Responsibilities:-Project delivery from start to finish: planning, budgeting, collecting technical requirements from stakeholders, functional testing, risk management, running negotiations, reporting, communication with vendors, etc.- Running typical Scrum activities, maintaining project boards and documentation- Managing distributed teams of max 9 people; 2-4 project teams at a time- People management: motivating and coaching for teams and junior colleagues, advising them on career growth and opportunities, performing 1-on-1s with project team members- Manual QA (rare).Accomplishments:- Effectively delivered projects within the expected timelines and budgets- Built the best-performing team in the company that worked together on several projects with the same effectiveness despite the change of PMs- Always managed to find out about the clients’ true plans towards our collaborations when nobody else was aware thus preparing the company for the change in advance- Onboarded and trained 4 junior project managers- Interviewed 100+ company specialists in English to populate the skill-matrix of their English speaking abilities so it is easier now to allocate the right specialists to the projects- Established an English-speaking club for the colleagues that is active for 2 years already

Responsibilities:- 1st line support (troubleshooting, bug reproduction and manual testing, bug report filing, configuration assistance) in live chat, by remote desktop connection, by phone/email and on the forum- Users' expectations management- Running sales and issuing licenses- Writing instructions for the application- Negotiations with partners who purchased our API or white-label solution- Website updates and new product versions releases
