- Supported both Sequoia's communications efforts and advised Sequoia's broad portfolio of startups on communications strategy. - Worked directly with founders and marketing teams from companies of all size (seed to IPO) on strategic announcements, comms planning and crisis. - Developed communications training for Sequoia companies to educate founders at scale. Led multiple trainings for groups of founders. - Led dozens of funding and other announcements.- Supported 20+ Sequoia partners with external positioning, profile building, strategic support and more.- Led the announcement of Sequoia's US/ Europe Seed Fund. - Helped launch Sequoia's Europe presence, led internal communications during COVID-19 pandemic, and led content development for quarterly staff meetings.

- Led or played a large role in numerous communications initiatives for Facebook products, including Messenger Kids (launched in 2017 as Facebook's first app for under-13s), Facebook Stories, Facebook Live, and more. - Honed both proactive consumer skills in taking many new products to market, as well as developed crisis communications skills as Facebook faced increasing pressure from consumers and regulators. - Led communications for Facebook’s Year in Review video product and top 10 lists in 2014 and 2015.
