I have taught Early Education for over 10 years and have experience with taking on leadership roles and project management within my team and campus. I am gifted in delivering clear and accurate trainings in various contexts and formats. I have collaborated with administrators and instructional coaches to develop and implement curriculums that cover a wide range of subjects and topics. I have applied these skills throughout my teaching career with Dallas Independent School District.I am passionate about motivating people to achieve their personal, professional, and academic goals, using positive reinforcement and constructive feedback. I am proficient in Windows, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe. I am always eager to learn new tools and technologies to enhance my contributions.I am a fast learner, a proactive decision-maker, and a collaborative team player who can contribute to any organization's objectives and values.
