As an Agency Recruiter, I am a member of the leadership team in the North Carolina Agency in Charlotte, NC. I have responsibility for recruiting and selecting high-quality Financial Professional Associates (FPAs) to join me in representing The Prudential Insurance Company of America. I am actively involved in the local community and interested in networking with other like-minded business professionals•Utilizes a variety of sources to recruit high-quality Financial Professional Associates (FPAs)•Actively participates in community events and networks with community leaders•Maintains relationships with college career centers and professors to recruit top talent• Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, including: requirement qualification, sourcing, screening, behavioral interviewing, on-boarding, and contractor management• Partner with senior management to develop sourcing strategies for current and future needs• Maintain a proactive pipeline and network of active and passive job seeking professionals to ensure exceptional speed to market and client delivery• Gather account intelligence by attending networking events, researching and using advance Boolean techniques• Source, screen and select candidates based on customer requirements, through use of internal applicant tracking system, Boolean search techniques and professional/social networking tools• Conduct face to face interviews with a minimum of 15 candidates per week
