Responsible for trafficking promotional requests for the Mulit-Brand & Loyalty Marketing group to the correct team members. This includes securing all necessary information about the promotional needs, evaluating the necessary resources, and creating a timeline for deliverables.

Responsible for planning, maintaining and coordinating activities and schedules for 3 Vice Presidents and 7 Directors; scheduling and confirming meeting space, data, materials and connectivity domestically as well as internationally; point person for a 100 person department for supplies inventory control, conference room assignment, and general questions.

As an Event Coordinator for this Boutique Catering Group, I was responsible for meeting with potential clients to sell space available and collaborating with current clients to design their event’s mood, menu, and décor; effectively staffing, budgeting, and acquiring all needed items for each event. However, due to the boutique nature of the group, I also launched marketing plans to attract new business.

As the Assistant Manager I was responsible for managing both the major restaurant and snack shop on the site; partnered with resort’s sales team to execute sold events, and collaborated with golf course managers to execute golf course related events. To increase sales I designed and implemented different marketing and advertising strategies, evaluating and improving on a weekly basis.
