At Aderant (formerly American LegalNet) I managed the rollout of eFiling to courts nationwide and investigated integration opportunities, helping pave the way for a successful acquisition. I worked closely with the development team to define requirements and co-create go-to-market with the rest of the organization.

As a Product Manager in the OnePlace for Marketing Group, I successfully "championed" Intapp Experience by evangelizing to and educating customers and customer-facing teams. I gave almost daily demos, held weekly calls with Early Adopters, managed the User Group and led Product Education efforts. My team of 12 engineers delivered features with 153% output vs. prior leadership.Intapp Experience aggregates Law Firm data from across the Client-Matter lifecycle and makes expertise easily searchable and quantifiable, so that it can be leveraged for BD activities including pitches and proposals. Our customers included some of the largest law firms in the world.

As Product Manager of Data Integration for Omnichannel Products, I was the point person for defining, mapping and deploying product content in our Salesforce platform. My primary focus was the needs of large, global eCommerce retailers and their supplier communities. I gathered, defined, and executed requirements for data at all levels: creating attribute "playlists," making rigid data structures more flexible and human readable, and enabling content to flow through new channels such as APIs.

I was responsible for working with senior management to synthesize Go-To-Market strategy for 1WorldSync's product portfolio with input from cross-functional teams. I worked closely with the Product Management, Technology, Commercial Marketing and Sales teams to build alignment and produce consistent messaging about our products. I planned communication strategies around launches, releases and partnerships. I was personally responsible for delivering documentation and internal/external training on a quarterly basis. A marker of my success was the smooth implementation of "Major Release 3," a non-backwards-compatible migration which our customers implemented with minimal disruption.

I managed community enablement for four enterprise customers and their supplier communities. I also managed communications on their behalf and maintained reports to track usage and adoption. In addition, I hosted webinars, created and distributed marketing collateral, and oversaw prospecting, retention, and educational efforts.

My role was fundamentally as a data scientist. I executed web analytics, reporting queries, competitive analysis, and practical and taxonomical attribute knowledge base development, and communicated insights back to stakeholders.

Created POVs (recommendations for pursuing various media approaches) based on budget and market analysis; built PowerPoint presentations for presentation to clients; won Agency "pitch" collaborating with New Business, Creative, Digital and Media Buying teams.
