Research of the top and flop omnichannel brands with a focus on key aspects for success in a dynamic omnichannel environment. Developed recommendations on the initiatives to be implemented in the shopping malls in order to leverage the omnichannel strategies. Working on the project during the turbulent coronavirus pandemic period and the temporary shutdown of the shopping malls. Conducted own research on 350 respondents followed by in-depth interviews on the influence of the coronavirus pandemic on the shopping behaviors.
