Anna V. Bohbot (Zulaica) spent a decade on the Workplace team at LinkedIn as part of the food team and helped craft and drive strategy around design of food spaces, sustainability initiatives to help the company reach its Zero Waste, Carbon Negative and Water Positive goals, data and analytics, marketing and communications, operations, vendor performance and more. She created an employee education program centered around knowing our farmers, how our food is grown and gets to our plates and often taking groups of employees on field trips to get their hands dirty at local farms. She has spoken at many conferences about foodservice topics and is actively involved with organizations such as SHFM, Culinary Institute of America's Business Leadership Council, and others. Anna is a certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant that enjoys writing healthy cook books and volunteering her time to the local community to teach about accessible, healthy cooking and eating. She is also a passionate supporter and advocate for sustainable, regenerative, and equitable food systems.
