This is a process to monitor, regulate, optimize, and stabilize business performance. This approach also implements a process to identify defects, pinpoint causes, and execute correction plans. KPIs, Scorecards, and QC Metrics are developed to analyze the progress of the QA Plan. Training, corrective action plans, and individualized as well as team coaching represent the tools deployed to reduce errors and eliminate deficiencies. -

The TA program design by Ms. Booth has produced the following results: o 110 participating Trade Allieso Almost 15,000 customers successfully enrolled in EE program since September 2011o Over 12,000 Home Energy Assessments Completed o Two-time award winner of the EPA Energy Star® Award For Excellence In Energy Efficiency Program Deliveryo Over $3.4 Million paid out in efficiency rebates to over 6,000 homeownerso More than $30 Million invested back into local economy• Neighborhood Canvassing: Developed and piloted an extremely successful neighborhood canvassing program for a major electricity IOU with a legacy DR program. The neighborhood canvassing program produced the following results:o Over 8,000 customer enrollments during the 7 month pilot periodo Over 6,500 installed DR devices (thermostats and LCDs) -
