I am educated in molecular biomedicine and have always been interested in biology and science. Through my employments as research assistant and PhD student I have worked intensely with research and validation of procedures and assays. I have developed competences within project management, teamwork, optimization and completion of analysis and the following evaluation of the results. Furthermore, it has given me experience with written and oral communication e.g. by participation in international conferences and writing of manuscripts. Especially oral communication and teaching is a field I am passionate about – I love to excite young people and increase the interest in science. I am highly motivated by communicating my own enthusiasm for science, and help the understanding of complex topics on the right level. My mission is to create a learning environment with motivation, trust and respect to create the best frame for learning. I work structured and precise with focus on progression and the most optimal completion of the project. I am motivated by good collaboration between colleagues, clear goals and good organization, where everybody have the opportunity to achieve the most. I love to be challenged and develop my professional competences in an exciting environment.
