Digital Outlook, Soho, May 2006 - Dec 2010. I started at DO as a senior account executive working solely on the Disney UK account. I was then promoted to Account Manager, where I was responsible for Disney UK, and worked across other accounts including Aardman and Digital Outlook IP projects. Around 2 years into my job at Digital Outlook I moved from the commercial team into the marketing team, and became the Buzz Manager, where I spent a year and a half focusing on all aspects of community, social media, and blogger outreach marketing. I have a great passion for social networking, and have worked with all the major social networks (Bebo, MySpace and Facebook), and have helped to implement Global campaigns, particularly focusing at that time on delivering Xbox Global social network strategy. My role was both strategic and practical - I advised on the best route and approach for a brand to enter WOM marketing, and then carried out the tactics of the project, whether it was setting up a profile, moderating, community management, copywriting or negotiating with the media owner for coverage throughout their network. Due to my role and contribution to the work on the Xbox account I then secured a promotion to Senior Buzz Manager. Following on from the Buzz role, I began to develop my passion for PR projects (whilst also moving back to the account management side). I successfully delivered high profile online PR campaigns for Disney (A Christmas Carol and The Prince of Persia theatrical releases), as well as moving back to account management to develop my client facing passion and skills. I worked strategically across several branches of Disney, as well as developing smaller clients for Digital Outlook such as Comic Relief and iTunes. I also was brought in on one of DO's major new clients P&G as a SAM, where I worked across a number of Facebook initiatives.

I joined Greenroom Digital as a production assistant but was quickly promoted to the position of Campaign Manager for Sony PlayStation, one of our biggest clients. Over the summer of 2005 I was involved in the creation of two new major PlayStation websites and in running the Sony PlayStation 'Freedom' campaign. As Manager of these projects, my role included the organisation of events to support the websites, running castings for the 'Freedom' Campaign, overseeing the development of the sites which were updated weekly, writing and sourcing content for the sites and production of weekly newsletters. I also liaised with the client, undertaking regular formal presentations to update them on progress, and produced the film shoots for the sites in a variety of locations across the UK. I was responsible for costings and budget on these projects. I also project managed the new yourPSP.com 'Lemmings' website, and was solely responsible for the content and localisation of this site.
