I was an adjunct instructor for Communication Design Fundamentals at Carnegie Mellon University. This is an undergraduate course for non-design majors. I facilitated lectures, demonstrations, and critiques and provided one-on-one feedback to students throughout the semester to guide their learning through design practice. During this time I also developed and updated course materials and redesigned the course curriculum within Canvas. Making it easily accessible and reusable for future instructors.

Reimagined a digital dashboard concept with the PNC Wealth & Investing UX Team. During my internship experience, I had the opportunity to conduct three virtual design research testing methods and present my research insights and design proposal to the PNC Wealth & Investing UX Team for future implementation.

Assisted the UCLA Chorus Innovation Lab and the Carnegie Mellon University design research team in the following areas; identifying team goals and expectations, project management, client communication, and planning virtual design workshops with stakeholder groups.

Worked as a Teaching Assistant for the Communication Design Fundamentals course in the School of Design. In this course, I assisted in facilitating group discussions and peer reviews, led tutorial sessions in Adobe Creative Suite, provided critical feedback to undergraduate students, and graded student work.
